We get started on your order once orders are placed, we can help you make an address change as long as the orders haven’t been started.

We ship each order in batches to allow our ceramicist and makers to custom make each order. We process & ship your orders 7-10 business days after it has been placed (usually sooner when possible!)

Glad you asked — our ceramics can be reused as a decorative piece or even as a planter. Just make sure you scrape out any excess wax, pull out the wood wick holder and then you can had wash it or even pop it in the dishwasher. Then just like that, good as new.

Our candles typically burn for around 50-60 hours. However, this can vary depending on the candle's exact size and the burning conditions.
